After a three meeting absence and a 10 week break Relssert Racing’s Neil Tressler will once again venture behind the wheel of the Orange and Blue #37 Isuzu Pickup Truck as this bank holiday weekend the 2014 Pickup Truck Racing Championship heads to Donington Park.
Tressler who has shown unquestionable front-running pace throughout the year but has been riddled with misfortune hopes to turn his fortunes around once again this weekend.
“After the big shunt at Thruxton it was just great to have a break and refocus” says Tressler “there is no way we can now catch up in the championship after missing 9 races but we will still give it our all as always, it’s also some very valuable testing ahead of next year”
Claiming his maiden podium of 2013, Tressler last outing at Donington Park saw a show stopping performance with the Warwickshire based driver securing a solid second step of the podium.
Practice will get underway at 14:50 on Sunday 24th August. Qualifying for the Pickup Truck Racing Championship will then commence at 9:55 with race one at 13:30 and race two at 17:00 on Monday 25th August.
