Relssert Racing’s Neil Tressler will be heading to Hampshire’s ultra-fast Thruxton circuit this weekend as the 2014 Pickup Truck Racing Championship once again runs alongside the heavyweights of motorsport – the British Truck Racing Championship.
Tressler along with his Pickup Truck Racing counterparts will reach excessive speeds around the rapid 2.36-mile lap and will be on the limits of adhesion as they negotiate the infamously quick Church corner at over 120mph.
With only 4 days to prepare the #37 Isuzu Pickup Truck since Brands Hatch’s American SpeedFest last weekend it’s been a manic week for the Relssert Racing team, which has also seen a trip to the rolling road.
“It’s been a very busy week for the Relssert Racing team eradicating the fuel pressure issue from last weekend” say Tressler “Thruxton is a very challenging circuit and now it’s all fixed I’m really looking forward to getting back out on track”
Pickup Truck Racing Championship qualifying is scheduled to take place at 17.40pm on Saturday 14th June, with race one taking place at 14:55pm and race two at 17:05pm on the Sunday 15th respectively.
